Before choosing any service, please call to confirm that the service is available and suits your needs. Only standard phone calls are allowed; no video calls, no internet-based calls.

Terms & Conditions

Please review these terms before making a payment, as payments are non-refundable and bookings cannot be cancelled once completed.

Service Usage

Service booking and access are for one-time use only. For multiple uses, a new booking is required each time. 

Service Delivery

All these service bookings and fees exclude any physical visits to the customer's location. The mode of service delivery is limited to virtual solutions and services provided at our registered business address only. If onsite services are available at a specific location, they may be applicable, but booking onsite service requests without proper validation is not acceptable. Customers must contact us directly to arrange for onsite visits and services. 

For on-site visits, travel expenses and additional charges apply, including charges for travel time based on the minutes consumed.

Appointment Date and Timing

Specify your desired appointment date when booking.

Appointment timing will be confirmed after booking.

Rescheduling is allowed only for timing (10 AM–10 PM IST, daily), not for the date. Emergencies may allow one rescheduling of the date for up to 3 days.

Failure to attend forfeits the booking fee, which is non-refundable.

Service Selection and Duration

Only one service can be selected per booking, valid for 0.1 sec to 25 minutes.

Additional time requires extra fees or a new booking.

Each booking applies only to the selected service. Additional services require separate bookings.

Communication and Support

Communication will be via SMS, email, or both. No video calls; audio calls only via standard phone.

Grievance Solutions

Grievance solutions in banking or consumer affairs offer no guarantee of resolution, as outcomes depend on authorities and applicable laws.

Refund Policy

If we cannot provide the booked service, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method, with confirmation sent via SMS, email, or both. Refunds are not issued in cases of spam, misuse, or if services are denied due to fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities. 

Legal and Ethical Conduct

We do not support illegal or unethical activities. Misuse of information or attempts to engage in prohibited actions may result in legal consequences.
